Brand new laptops, desktops, mobile phones, and accessories come with 6 / 12 / 18 / 24 Months Warranty (depending on the product).

The warranty period is clearly mentioned on the invoice or warranty card.

Original invoice and warranty card must be presented when making a claim.
2. Used / Refurbished Products

Used laptops, desktops, and phones are covered by Shop Warranty.

Shop Warranty period: 3 Months (Hardware only) unless otherwise specified.

Battery, Charger, Software, and Data Loss are not covered under warranty.
3. Laptop Batteries

Laptop batteries include 6 Months Warranty.

In case of any defect within the warranty period, the battery must be brought together with the laptop (not separately) for inspection.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed by our technicians, a replacement will be provided.

Physical damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized modifications are not covered.
4. Repairs & Services

Repairs carry a 1 Month Service Warranty (soldering, part replacement, or similar services).

Warranty is void if the device has liquid damage, physical damage, or unauthorized repairs.
5. Warranty Not Covered

Physical damage (screen cracks, broken body parts, liquid damage).

Software issues (viruses, operating system errors, third-party apps).

Power surges, lightning strikes, or improper usage.
6. Warranty Claim Process

Bring the product together with the invoice and warranty card.

Our technical team will inspect and proceed with repair, replacement, or forward to the authorized agent.

The claim process may take approximately 7–14 working days to complete.
